We are ready to cheer you on, share our wedding planning expertise and make sure you enjoy this beautiful season of being engaged! We believe your planning process does not have to be stressful but rather a process that you enjoy.

Month-of/Day-of Coordination Services

It brings us so much JOY to know our couples can enjoy their wedding celebration without worrying about what is happening behind the scenes (especially when you’ve put so much hard work into planning your dream wedding)!

This package is for the couple who has pretty much planned their entire wedding celebration but understands that they need a professional wedding coordinator to execute their vision on their wedding day.

Below is a list of what is included within this package:

○ Checking-in with the bride/groom periodically in the months before the wedding to ensure the bridal couple feels fully supported with tying up loose ends with planning.

○ Final follow up with the bride/groom will take place 6 weeks before the wedding to complete the “Wedding Timeline” details

○ FULL access to our wedding planning software

○ Creation of in-depth Wedding Timeline

○ Review of layouts and/or plans in case of rain

○ Provide document with all vendors contact information

○ Establish list of any items being provided by the bride and groom, rented by Agape
Love Events or an outside rental company which will need to be set up either the day
before or the day of the wedding

○ Following up with Vendors 4-6 weeks prior to the event to gather all necessary
information and coordinate everyone involved.

○ Review contracts with vendors to ensure all vendors are on one accord with what
their roles are on the day-of the wedding celebration

○ Coordinate all aspects of the wedding celebration by arriving before all vendors and
remaining until all vendors have completed their contracted duties

○ Coordinate Final Payments and Gratuities to vendors the day of the wedding.

○ Wedding Planning Emergency Kit

○ Setup and breakdown of all decor/wedding elements

○ One Lead Coordinator and a minimum of one assistant (based on the number of guest
you will have)
